UHF CRDG IT Logos

Each year, the CRDG IT team assists other educational organizations with technology services, professional development, and consulting.  In order to accomplish our mission and goals, in K-12 technology research and development, we rely on funding from the private sector.  Whether it is a company, organization, or an individual, we thank all of you for your generosity in helping our team.

Keep in mind that the University of Hawai‘i Foundation is a 501(c)(3), and is setup to support the University of Hawai‘i activities.  More information about the UH Foundation can be found on their website: www.uhfoundation.org

“If your gift is mailed to the Foundation before the end of the calendar year and you itemize when doing your taxes, you’re eligible for an income tax deduction for that year. As the donor, gifts of cash are deductible for up to 50% of your adjusted gross income. Cash contributions that exceed the deduction limit may be carried over and deducted in the following five tax years.”

Please always consult with your tax professional for further questions related to your deductions.

Your gift impact will help us with our priority areas:

  • Professional development training for our staff
  • A/V and IT equipment that helps us to do our job efficiently
  • Professional services to K-12 schools (especially charter schools)
  • Self-funded technology research
  • Information dissemination through conferences, events, and professional development

Each year, our senior staff attends multiple local and mainland professional development conferences where we learn the latest in IT and educational technology.  Without attending these conferences we would not be able to do our jobs as well through efficiencies.  Further more, we apply what we learn and disseminate our research information at future conferences.

Professional Development – Local (per person) $300
Professional Development – Mainland (per person) $2,500
